Chocolate Balls "Brownie" on the Tasty Blog

      We prepare the biscuit base. Beat the butter with sugar until creamy consistency.

      Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Add 100 g of melted chocolate and mix. Add almond flour, as well as regular flour sifted with baking powder and soda. Knead a homogeneous dough.

      Transfer to a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until a dry match, about 35 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool completely.

      Crush the biscuit into crumbs – I find it easiest to do this in a blender, but the texture of the cake is such that it can be crumbled by hand.

      Melt 150 g of chocolate.

      Add the crumbs and condensed milk, mix. The mixture should form a mass that sticks together when squeezed.

      Shape the mass into balls and place on a tray.

      Send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

      Melt chocolate for glazing.

      Skewer the chilled balls. Dip in chocolate and let the excess drip off – you can help yourself with a table knife, gently scraping off the excess chocolate.

      Roll the balls in sprinkles.

      Place back on the baking sheet and return to the refrigerator to set.

      Serve.
