Boiled condensed milk. We just take boiled condensed milk of good quality, which you like to taste. Alternatively, you can make condensed milk yourself. In this case, the caramel taste will be softer than with the purchased one.
Eggs. The recipe is designed for medium-sized eggs (C-1) weighing about 50-55 g per piece. For a more delicate cream, you can replace whole eggs partially or completely with yolks. When replacing, assume an average yolk weight of 20 g.
Milk. This pudding is perfectly made with milk of 2.5-3.5% fat content. If you want to get a slightly more filling taste and a more delicate texture, you can replace half of the milk with heavy cream (30% and higher) or just use drinking cream of 9-11% fat content.
We proceed to cooking.
Put the boiled condensed milk in a ladle, put it on medium heat and heat it with constant stirring until soft.
Remove from heat, add milk and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Add the eggs.
Beat with a whisk until smooth. We pour the workpiece into ceramic molds and put it in a larger mold.
Pour boiling water into the mold so that the molds are immersed in water at 2/3 of the height.
We put it in a preheated oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temperature. Then we put it in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 4 hours.
