Muffins with strawberries and white chocolate on the Delicious Blog

      Strawberries. In this case, only fresh berries are suitable – frozen ones give too much moisture and do not have the best consistency.

      Instead of strawberries, you can use other fruit and berry fillers, such as raspberries, blueberries, peaches, and even fresh mangoes.

      Chocolate. White chocolate highlights the taste of strawberries well. Alternatively, you can use milk chocolate, strawberries also go well with it. And yes, it will be a different flavor variation.

      You can use chocolate in both tiles and drops.

      Butter. Here you can use oil from 72% fat content and above. It should be at room temperature, soft, but not melted – so that you can beat it with sugar. I do not recommend replacing margarine with it – it gives an extraneous taste that spoils everything.

      Eggs. The egg size is medium, C-1 or M is about 55 g in weight. For a better dough condition, use eggs at room temperature.

      Flour. We take ordinary flour of the highest grade with a protein of about 10 g per 100 g. Strong flour is not suitable for this recipe.

      Sugar. We use regular white sugar. It is better if it is small, so the crystals will dissolve faster and better in the dough.

      Milk. Use regular milk with a fat content of 2.5-3.5%.

      We proceed to cooking.

      Beat butter with sugar to a creamy consistency.

      Add the egg and lemon juice, whisk again until smooth.

      Add half of the flour sifted with baking soda, salt and baking powder, and mix. Pour in the milk and mix. add the remaining flour mixture and knead a smooth cupcake batter.

      Add finely chopped strawberries and finely chopped chocolate.

      Mix it up.

      We put the dough into molds and bake until cooked in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

      Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
