Chop until you get a fat crumb.
Add ice water to the crumbs and knead the dough quickly. We form a ball from it, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, until translucent.
Add allspice and black pepper, cinnamon, salt and minced pork. Fry, breaking up the lumps of meat with a spatula, for about 10-15 minutes, until the meat loses its pink color.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Salt and pepper the chicken breasts to taste. Fry on high heat for 8 minutes on each side, until cooked.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
We separate about a third from the cooled dough and set it aside.
Roll out the remaining dough and put it in the mold so that the sides turn out.
Pork is mixed with chicken and 2 eggs. If desired, you can add chopped greens.
We put the filling in the mold.
Roll out the remaining dough into a circle, in the center we make a slot for steam to escape.
We cover the pie with this circle and pinch the edges. Lubricate with beaten egg.
We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and ready.
Let the finished pie stand for 10 minutes in the mold, then remove, slice and serve.
