Frozen currants are combined with sugar in a saucepan. Put on medium heat and boil for about 5 minutes after boiling.

For the meringue, whisk the whites to firm peaks, gradually adding sugar. At the end, we introduce starch.
Spread the meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet and smooth it out.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven without convection for 25-30 minutes.
Turn the finished cake onto another sheet of parchment and leave to cool.
We prepare the cream. Combine cream cheese with cold cream and whisk. At the end, we add powdered sugar. Melt the chocolate and let it cool down a little. We add it to the cream and mix it.
Spread the cream over the cake.
We distribute the currant mass over the cream.
We roll up the roll.
Wrap in parchment and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
