If you dipped a wooden spatula into the mass, ran your finger over it, and the finger track did not tighten, the mass is well brewed.
Remove from heat, add butter.
Stir until smooth.
Combine the mass with the cottage cheese and beat well until smooth.
Melt all three types of chocolate separately. Add the white chocolate to the smallest portion and mix. We add the bitter to the large one, the milk one to the medium one.
We cover the pasochnitsa with a double layer of gauze. We spread the curd mass in three layers – first white, then milky and finally dark.
We level the top, cover it with the free ends of the gauze.
We put a saucer of a suitable size on the gauze, we put a load weighing about 2 kg on it. We leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
We take the Easter egg out of the Easter egg box, carefully remove the gauze. Decorate according to taste and desire.
