Sift flour into a large bowl and add salt. Gradually add the flour to the milk mixture. Knead a homogeneous, soft, smooth dough (if necessary, add a couple of additional spoonfuls of flour). Put the dough in a bowl, cover and let stand in a warm place for 30-40 minutes - during this time the dough should double in volume. Ready dough knead and divide into 8 parts. From each form a ball and press it with the palm of your hand. Place on a baking tray and let the buns rise for another 40 minutes, covering them with a towel. Put a glass in the center of each bun and press it down to make a hollow for the filling. Grease the bun with beaten egg. For the filling, mix sour cream with starch and sugar. Put 1 tbsp each in the hollow of the bun. Send to an oven preheated to 220 degrees Celsius and bake for 18-20 minutes, until ready. Cool and serve. Bon appetit!
