Recipe: Source: https://www.vkusnyblog.com/recipe/belyashi/ Prepare the dough. Dilute yeast in warm milk together with sugar. Add flour so that the consistency of thick sour cream is reached. When the dough has risen, add melted butter (it should not be hot!) and salt. Gradually add flour and knead a homogeneous soft dough. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover and put in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours. During this time, the dough should double in size. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Chop onions finely and mix with minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Knead the risen dough and divide it into 16 parts. Round each piece. Start molding the belyashi. Roll out the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour or greased with oil into a cake about 0.3-0.5 cm thick. Put the minced meat in the middle. Pinch the edges, leaving a hole in the center. Heat oil on medium heat (if you have a special thermometer - the temperature should be about 160 degrees). Put the belyashi first with the hole down and fry until they are well browned. Turn over, slightly reduce the heat and fry on the other side. Repeat with the remaining belyashi. Serve warm. Bon appetit! Recipe source: https://www.vkusnyblog.com/recipe/belyashi/
