      Avocado. Take a large ripe avocado – in its pure form, it weighs about 270-300 g, with the pure flesh being about 180-200 g. The exact weight is not critical.

      Lime. It perfectly fits into this ensemble in terms of aroma. But if you don't have limes available, use lemon – it will work well too.

      Cream cheese. Use any cream cheese.

      Mint. Adds freshness and is irreplaceable in this role. But if you love cilantro, you can make this dip with it for a more Mexican flavor.

      Let's move on to the preparation.

      Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Cut it into pieces and place them in a blender bowl. Add lime juice, mint, and salt.

      Blend until smooth. Add the cream cheese.

      Blend again.

      If necessary, add salt and lime juice.

      Serve with chips, croutons, or toast.
