The New Year holidays have passed, and for many, the time for reckoning has come. Some have gained a couple of kilograms, others have post-holiday swelling, and some just feel heaviness in their bodies and on their conscience. So let's take control - and for a week, let's switch to lighter eating ;)
I have selected for you several light soups, salads, and hot dishes that can be eaten almost without a guilty conscience. These are not one hundred percent diet dishes, of course. But they are light. The ingredients include soups without cream, hot dishes made from chicken fillet and fish baked, stewed, or poached, and light salads with classic dressings, the amount of which you can adjust to your taste and needs.
And this is not lean diet food ;) I tried to make the selection diverse and tasty. So enjoy using it :)
