      Melt the butter and cool to room temperature. Add sugar, milk, egg and yolk, as well as all the dough that comes up. Mix it up. Gradually adding flour, knead a soft, smooth dough.

      Cover the dough with a towel and leave to proofread in a warm place – it may take 1-1.5 hours. During this time, the test volume should double.

      While the dough is coming up, we prepare the filling. We put the nuts on a baking sheet and send them to the preheated oven for 5 minutes. We take out, remove the skin (it will easily come off after baking). Chop the nuts with a knife or in a blender. They should not turn into flour, but remain a medium fraction. If you grind them in a blender, you can immediately add powdered sugar to them.

      Add the milk and mix.

      We knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Each piece is rolled out into a rectangular plate about 0.5 cm thick. Spread the filling in a thin layer over the layer.

      We roll it into a long roll, starting from the wide side.

      We cut the roll in half lengthwise, leaving the whole part from one end.

      We weave the loose ends.

      We're turning it off. We transfer the blanks to the molds.

      And leave for proofing for 30-40 minutes.

      We put it in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 25 minutes. If your oven is frying too much, cover the top with foil after 10 minutes of baking.
