Fry in vegetable oil until soft, for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, chili powder, chopped chili peppers and cinnamon. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry, breaking up the lumps, until the meat loses its pink color, about 5 minutes.
Put the tomatoes, mashed with a fork, along with the juice, beans (pre-drain the liquid) and broth or water in a saucepan. Add salt to taste. Simmer over high heat for about 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
I served it with cornbread.
