Thin chocolate pancakes on the Delicious Blog

      Recipe preparation:

       Source: https://www.vkusnyblog.com/recipe/shokoladnye-blinchiki/ Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath or microwave.

      Sift flour with cocoa, salt, and powdered sugar.

      Gradually add milk and eggs, kneading a homogeneous batter without lumps.

      Add the chocolate with butter, pour in the cognac, and mix until smooth.

      Cover the bowl with a lid and let it sit for about an hour.

      Then, cook the pancakes in a lightly greased frying pan with vegetable oil.

      Serve with whipped cream and fruits-berries. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
