Add garlic and herbs of Provence and fry for another minute. Add the mashed tomatoes along with the juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add salt and sugar to taste. Transfer the sauce to the mold.
For the meatballs, combine the minced meat with egg, dry garlic and oat flakes. We knead it.
We form the meatballs and put them in the sauce.
We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until cooked, about 30 minutes.
Serve with pasta, potatoes or rice.
