Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
Mash the bananas into a puree with a fork or a potato masher.
Add the eggs, sugar, salt and butter. Stir until smooth.
Add the flour sifted together with the cocoa, baking powder and vanillin, and mix into a batter.
Add the chopped chocolate.
Stir. Transfer to a parchment-lined pan and bake in a preheated 160°C oven for 35–40 minutes.
Take out, let cool, and enjoy the amazing chocolate-banana flavor 🙂
