Once again, apple season is in full swing. On that occasion I've put together a collection of recipes for apple pies and apple desserts. I'll gradually add new recipes for apple baked goods and winter preserves.
I'll gather the savory apple recipes into a separate collection a little later. For now, I suggest focusing on baking and desserts. The collection includes apple pies made with shortcrust pastry, yeast dough, and cake batter. Apple loaves and muffins are included ;) I haven't forgotten the much-loved Tsvetaeva pie either.
With this collection you could make something with apples every day for a whole month without repeating. Shall we give it a try? ;)
