      Three cheeses on a coarse grater.

      We disassemble the pink salmon into fillets, remove the bones with tweezers. We remove the skin. Cut the fillets into portions and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Add salt to taste.

      Spread the mushrooms on top and sprinkle with cheese.

      We put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
