Notes on ingredients:
Dark chocolate. In this recipe I used bittersweet chocolate with about 60% cocoa. If you wish, you can use dessert chocolate with about 50% cocoa. I don't recommend milk chocolate — it will be too sweet.
White chocolate. This ingredient is indispensable. Choose good-quality chocolate. The same applies to the dark chocolate.
Sweetened condensed milk. Use the best-quality sweetened condensed milk that you enjoy eating on its own. Boiled (caramelized) condensed milk is not suitable here.
Peanut butter. For this fudge you need smooth peanut butter. If you don't have store-bought, you can make it yourself using my recipe.
Baking soda. Prevents sugar crystallization and makes the fudge smooth.
Now to the preparation.
Take two saucepans. Into one pour the condensed milk and add the dark chocolate. Add the baking soda.
Into the second also pour the condensed milk, add the white chocolate and the peanut butter, and add the baking soda.
Place the saucepan with the dark chocolate on the stove. Over medium-high heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, heat until the chocolate melts and immediately remove from the heat.
Transfer to a parchment-lined pan and spread evenly.
Melt the white chocolate in the same way. Place it on top of the dark layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until completely set.
Cut into squares and serve.
Enjoy your tea!
P.S. It's best to store this fudge in the refrigerator.
